So How Much?

The Basics

Pricing something like a website is all about how much time it takes to set the whole thing up so it depends on just how detailed and thorough you want the page to be. The price for for a basic YHOP page is $300 and includes:

  • Domain name registration for 1 year
  • Hosting for 1 year
  • Home page with slideshow and property description
  • Photo gallery page
  • Contact page
  • Basic graphic design to help with your branding

Here is an excellent example of what we would consider a basic YHOP page. If you would like to contract several YHOP pages, and would like to work from one basic template, a discount of up to 25% would apply.

What Else?

The WordPress platform that YHOP pages are built upon come packed with added features that you may choose to take advantage of. We can collect names and maintain a database, send out periodic or regular high quality graphics newsletters, and basically function as a mini digital marketing department. Again, the cost of these services would depend on how much you look to do but basic database management including creating and sending one newsletter a month starts at $50/month based on a 1 year minimum term.

Blogging

Whether you have us build your site, or you want to add it to your existing one, blogs are a key element to your Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Google loves blogs with good content and if you can take the time to produce interesting articles or commentary about your community you will see additional traffic to your site. We can set up a visually stunning blog like you see in this example for around $100 and depending on your technical acumen you can post and update your own content, or let us do it for a small fee. Because your blog would be permanent, there is a fee of $25/yr (not including your first year) to cover the cost of the domain name and hosting.

And?

Make sure that you are taking advantage of the world’s largest website. Hire us to ramp up your presence through our Facebook Up program and you will see just how much of a difference a little behind the scenes tweaking can do for your Facebook page. for $100 we will create one of those fancy landing pages to help you get more “likes”. If you are starting from scratch and need us to set up your entire Facebook business page, throw in another $50

We would love the opportunity to build and manage all of your website and digital marketing needs. If you don’t have your own site, or if you are looking to revamp your present one, we would love to help. Actually the home page of YHOP was originally designed as a Realtors website (imagine your best listings flowing through the slider at the top of the page?). We also have several other formats to choose from. This type of contract would be priced based on your needs and depending on how many ongoing services you would need (Database management, Newsletters, Facebook, Blogging) but we could put together something fantastic starting at  $1000 to build the site and a monthly charge ranging from $0 – $300/month based on your ongoing needs. Because your web page would be permanent, there is a fee of $25/yr (not including your first year) to cover the cost of the domain name and hosting.

We hope that all of this is clear but we realize that some of our customers (actually our best customers) are a little lost when it comes to some of the technical jargon.
